FLYING HIGH FOR FISHY FUNDRAISING!
1 October 2010
It was a family affair recently when Mrs & Mr Hodgson’s daughter Kate took to the skies to fund raise for the school. Kate bravely agreed to do a sky-dive and raised £165 to be split between Nunnykirk and the National Autistic Society.
Nunnykirk’s share went towards a new fish-tank which is shown here being admired by pupils.

Dyslexia is a specific learning difficulty (SpLD), often inherited and is a lifelong condition. Dyslexia is much more than the traditional definition of ‘difficulty with words’ or ‘word blindness’.
Nunnykirk School is very happy to offer a taster day for any child with dyslexia whose parents are considering sending them to the school.
