Improved security for school
June 28 2001
Space age technology is helping improve security for staff and pupils at the school. A biometric door entry system has been installed by Easydentic Ltd which can read an individual finger tip in less than a second. The school has complete control over who gets access to the system.
Headteacher Carol Hogdson said: "The system is programmed to fit the needs of the school and we will continue to use it in conjunction with our existing escorted visitor system to further enhance the security of the school for our pupils."
