You keep on giving!
1 October 2012
Many thanks to all of you – parents, staff and other supporters of the school – who have been using The Giving Machine to donate to the school.
By buying a range of goods on-line via The Giving Machine the school gets a small donation for every purchase – to date we have raised nearly £700.
So if you shop on-line, for example with ebay, amazon, M&S, Sainsburys, John Lewis and Next, you can access their sites through The Giving Machine website and the school benefits every time. It’s very easy – just go to www.thegivingmachine.co.uk to register.
Dyslexia is a specific learning difficulty (SpLD), often inherited and is a lifelong condition. Dyslexia is much more than the traditional definition of ‘difficulty with words’ or ‘word blindness’.
Nunnykirk School is very happy to offer a taster day for any child with dyslexia whose parents are considering sending them to the school.
